COMING Fishing Weekend |
Island House’s Frozen Margarita Recipe Pour one can of Bacardi frozen Margarita mix into the blender. Pour Jose Cuervo Gold tequila to about 1/3 full in the Bacardi can. Pour the tequila into the blender. Fill the remainder of the blender with ice. Blend. Salt the rim of a glass. Pour and garnish with fresh lime. Top Shelf Margarita on the Rocks Salt the rim of a glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour a shot of Don Julio Reposada tequila into the glass. Pour in just a splash of non-alcoholic Triple Sec. Squeeze in the juice of ½ a fresh lime. Stir and drink. Special thanks to our friend Janie for introducing this mixture to us several years ago. Low Maintenance Margarita on the Rocks Take a 16oz Styrofoam cup and fill it to the top with ice. Throw a healthy pinch of Margarita salt directly into the cup. Fill the cup to about 1/3 full with Jose Cuervo Gold tequila. Fill the remainder of the cup with Bacardi margarita mix that comes in a bottle. Stir and drink. Island House Fishing Team Official Drink Take a 16oz Styrofoam cup and fill it to the top with ice. Throw a healthy pinch of Margarita salt directly into the cup. Fill the cup to about 1/3 full with Vodka. Fill the rest of the cup with Texsun (do not substitute a different brand) grapefruit juice from concentrate. The small cans are the perfect amount to top off your 16oz styro. Stir and drink.
